A. Cancellation by Client

1. The Client may cancel any photography services at any time prior to the scheduled photography session.

2. If the Client cancels less than 48 hours before the scheduled session, the Client will be responsible for the full cost of the photography services.

3. If the Client cancels more than 48 hours before the scheduled session, the Client will only be responsible to pay 25% of the total cost.

B. Cancellation by Photographer

1. The Photographer reserves the right to cancel any photography services for any reason prior to the scheduled session.

2. If the Photographer cancels any services, the Client will not be responsible for any costs incurred by the Photographer in reserving the session.

3. The photographer has every right to decline services for reasons of the photographer's discretion
