1. The photographer will provide the client with a selection of digital images from the shoot.

2. The photographer retains the copyright to all images delivered to the client.

3. The client may use the images for personal and non-commercial purposes.

4. The client may not alter or manipulate the images in any way without the permission of the photographer.

5. The client must credit the photographer when using the images in any public format.

6. The client must not use the images for any commercial purpose without the permission of the photographer.

7. The photographer is not responsible for any misuse of the images by the client or any third parties.

8. The client must pay all fees due to the photographer in a timely manner.

9. The photographer reserves the right to cancel the shoot at any time for any reason.

10. The photographer reserves the right to refuse service to any client for any reason.
